The Tages-Anzeiger reports a creeping loss of knowledge and describes how companies are already taking countermeasures to secure young talent and critical judgment within the organisation (Hollenstein, 2024). At the same time, a Swiss labour market analysis by Jobcloud shows that junior positions in AI-exposed roles have fallen significantly, further intensifying the debate around deskilling (Jobcloud AG, 2026; Reuters, 2026).
