How long does it take to fill a position?
This depends heavily on the function, region, and market situation. In the free initial consultation, we provide you with a realistic assessment of your vacancy before you make a decision.
Do you also recruit professionals from abroad?
Yes, in the DACH region and in the EU. We assist with diploma recognition at MEBEKO or SRK, the approval and relocation process. For individuals from third countries, the Swiss labor market is severely restricted; mediation is only possible in exceptional cases.
Do you also work for smaller businesses?
Yes. For SMEs and practices, there is the «KMU kompakt» model with a streamlined process and clearly limited effort.
