At irregular intervals, blogs about knowledge and experiences from us and our client projects appear here.
Recruiting has become demanding and very versatile. For us, what ultimately generates added value and can be implemented practically is what matters most.

The search for qualified employees is today one of the biggest challenges for many companies. While it used to often be enough to publish a job ad and wait for applications, this approach no longer works as easily for many positions. In the Swiss labor market, traditional entry-level jobs are disappearing, while generative AI is increasingly taking on tasks in office and knowledge-based professions. The Tages-Anzeiger reports on a gradual loss of knowledge and describes how companies are already taking countermeasures to secure young talent and decision-making capabilities within the company (Hollenstein, 2024). One researcher has measured what many have suspected: AI systems now process information more than a thousand times more efficiently than humans – and the gap is growing rapidly. Worse still: We are helping to contribute to this.
